I tried to see the lockdown like a creative sabbatical....

... and so a book was written during this time - my first book 😊

FUCKING LEADERSHIP✨✨✨

It is not a classic management book in which you can read how to do things - or in which you can read what is right and what is wrong...!

It is important to me to set poetic impulses, with the aim to rethink about many things that determine our everyday life - and to look at them from all angles - to think about how we could do it differently. There are so many possibilities! 😊

It's about human stars instead of human resources, about responsibility, - it's about breaking rules, flexibility of perspective - it's about stubbornness, the "fucking conflict ability" and also about silence - it's about the question what everything is actually about - it's about together instead of lonely - about trust - and so much more - it's about HEARTword instead of hardWORK!

The book will be out in the next 4-6 weeks and I'm pretty excited!
It's extremely personal - very honest - and almost without a mask.

It makes vulnerable - but I believe that the time is ripe for these ideas... I hope....

... after all we should reinvent our world a bit - best with a spark of lightness - with optimism - with brain AND heart - also with humor - and with joy! We must not let them fall by the wayside... I missed them so much... and yet, of course, the professionalism must not be missing! The reliability, the good character - everything we have learned we can put together again - and learn...

... in order to live (again) the WHOLE LIFE with a good feeling - and also to enjoy.
